10/18/09 - Cameron and I are cooking in the kitchen while the kids are playing a game of "Lava Lions" (?!?), I hear Paige yell at the the other two, "You guys knock it off! This is not a game!"
9/10/09 - During FHE last week, Cam asked, "What is service?" Hyrum responds, "I think that when you push someone down, that you should help them back up and give them a hug and tell them that you're sorry."
8/11/09 - Paige asked why we couldn't go swimming at the spring and I told her, "you know that white board by the garage door? That's my To Do List for the day and it's full." She says, "Well can't you just erase it?".
8/3/09 - Hyrum's Primary teacher asks Hannah how old she was and without missing a beat she holds out her hand with fingers splayed and yells out, "5!". She obviously thinks she's a little bit bigger than she really is.
8/1/09 - Hannah and Hyrum were sitting on the couch watching Dora and Dora asks everyone to say, "Map!". Hannah yells out, "Map!", immediately turning to Hyrum sitting behind her and pointing her finger at him, she says, "Stop!". Hyrum never opened his mouth, but little miss bossy wasn't going to let him in on the fun.
Paige is about to turn eight and cannot wait to be baptized! She loves to read and excels in school. She is a fantastic helper to have around and usually has a great attitude. She still prefers in be outside and usually with an animal of some sort.
Meet Hyrum
Hyrum is a true boy in a sea of girls (sisters, dogs, cats and the horses - poor kid!) He also loves to be outside, but he would much rather be digging holes or driving something in the dirt. He also loves reading with Mom and his favorite is to read Book of Mormon Stories with me. He is much quieter than the girls and loves to be cuddled. He's also more sensitive than the girls and tries very hard to be a good brother.
Meet Hannah
Little Miss Hannah is her own person and she's not going to let anyone tell her any different. She's smart, independent and knows exactly what she wants. She also loves to play with her siblings and animals. She prays for everyone every day and is always concerned about how people are doing. I think she's a teenager trapped in a 23 pound body. She's cute, but be careful how you tell her!
Our family of five
Cameron and I were married in 2000 and have 3 adorable kids: Paige who's 8, Hyrum who's 5 and Hannah who's 2 1/2 going on 20. We live in the middle of nowhere and love the lifestyle we can raise our kids in!
I am a stay at home mom of 3. We live a simple life, but stay busy by working and playing together. I live with Cam in Lund - the smallest working town in America :)
Our family and my sister's family met in SLC to tour Temple Square and allow the cousins to spend time together. My Mom is in the middle and my cousin Kami is at the far left. We had a great time and I think the kids ran about 40 miles that day.
